Sometimes we find ourselves living a life that doesn’t really feel like our own. “How the hell did I get here?” Often it’s because we’ve said yes to many very cool opportunities that we didn’t ask for, but somehow at the time, we didn’t really know what we wanted.

Step 1 - Take a breather
Get out of the hamster wheel and give yourself space.
Step 2 - Tap into your intuition
Use meditation, journaling, artwork, and breathing to let your intuition speak out.
Step 3 - Follow your gut AND your energy levels
One great way to find what you love to do is to notice what brings you energy and what takes it away!
Step 4 - Write it down!
Once you find out what it is, write it down and start brainstorming how to make it become a reality.
Step 5 - Get support
Making the change isn't easy. Try working with a coach or a mastermind group to get the encouragement and support you need.
Then... Get it in gear! And GO!
