3 Complete by Juice Plus+ Recipes for Your Children

Tropical Surprise Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) Complete by Juice Plus+ French Vanilla shake mix
  • 1 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • 1  banana, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • handful shredded coconut

Instructions

Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

 

Complete by Juice Plus+ Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a great, fibrous way to start the day. The only problem is that it doesn’t have any protein. Consider that problem solved, with this ingenious recipe that makes two hearty bowls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) Complete by Juice Plus+ French Vanilla shake mix
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful of almonds

Instructions:

Heat milk and water in a small pan without letting it boil. Then, add oats and cook (it should be hot enough to gently bubble) for 5-10 minutes, stirring the entire time. Remove from heat and thoroughly mix Complete by Juice Plus+ into the oatmeal. At the end, add blueberries and sliced almonds on top.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter-Banana Popsicles

Peanut butter is another kid-approved flavor, and what pairs better with peanut butter than rich, Dutch Chocolate? Your kids will never guess these popsicles are nutritious and good for them! This recipe makes 6-8 popsicles.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) Complete by Juice Plus+ Dutch Chocolate shake mix
  • 1 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for 3-4 hours, then let soften at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating.
